Moreover, the use of multi-brand systems lets us totally customize integrated islands, by using more adequate models and functions to meet every demand. Lastly, our systems are always equipped with a simplified robot-guided MVPro application, to offer the user extraordinary ease of use even without lengthy specific training.

Starting from listening to the needs of the customer – which can be either the end user (industry) or the system manufacturer – MecatroVision itself analyses the feasibility and the design of customized robotized islands. We assist every customer to achieve the realisation of efficient and safe systems that are able to fully meet all requirements and to solve any specification or possible technical problems. For the design stage, we make use of the best systems available on the market, such as the Cognex libraries, acknowledged at international level as leader in the sector of robotized processes and error and defect detection in the production processes and in assembly. We also use robots of many different brands (such as Fanuc, ABB and Kawasaki), always selected from the most well-known and highly regarded world brands, and different types of PLC systems, in order to guarantee each customer specific functions and simplify the work of manufacturers.

In addition to the analysis, consultancy and design activities for developing robotized islands and integrated systems, MecatroVision provides customers with a complete after-sales service as well, including assistance, maintenance and the necessary software updates. Our assistance is always in operation, remotely as well, complete with predictive control systems. This allows us to step in quickly, even in real time, in all cases in which the end user is in difficulty. Special agreements with the system manufacturers make it possible for us to always guarantee prompt mechanical, electrical and software intervention that ensures maximum efficiency and constant productivity.
